Navigator Cancels Its CO2 Pipeline!
Citing the unpredictable nature of the regulatory and government processes involved, particularly in South Dakota and Iowa, Navigator decided to cancel its pipeline project. Navigator also received two recommendations of denial from the Illinois Commerce Commission. You can read Navigator's statement here.
We want to thank all who participated in fighting Navigator in Illinois! The organizing that has taken place has been amazing, and led to the cancelation of their entire1,342 mile-long project.
