Come See Us at This Year's Farm Progress Show in Decatur!

The Coalition to Stop CO2 Pipelines will be tabling at the Farm Progress Show at the end of August. We'll be in the varied interests tent, next to the American Farmland Trust.

We want attendees to sign post cards to their county farm bureau managers and presidents, asking them to share local concerns over the Illinois Farm Bureaus' support for carbon pipelines.  If approved, pipeline developers will receive eminent domain authority to take your land  - or your neighbor's land - for their CO2pipeline projects.

Farm Progress Show
August 29, 30, and 31 8AM

Stop by and see us!  We are giving away yard signs and tote bags, with our No CO2 Pipelines logo. Pick up a business card to stay connected with us!  Also take a membership form to intervene in the Illinois Commerce Commission proceedings.  We have forms to support both Navigator's intervening group, Citizens Against Heartland Greenway Pipeline, and Wolf's intervening group, Citizens Against Predatory Pipelines.  Please become a member and donate to each, whether or not your are a landowner along aCO2 pipeline route.

We hope to see you there. But if you can't attend, please call your county farm bureau manager and president, and ask them to support members like you, who are concerned about CO2 pipeline safety, impacts to farmland, and are opposed to using eminent domain for CO2 pipelines.
