Wolf withdraws it's ICC application
On Monday, November 20, Wolf Carbon Solutions filed a motion with the Illinois Commerce Commission to officially withdraw it application to build a a carbon pipeline from Iowa through nine Illinois counties. The withdrawal marks the second time a CO2 pipeline company has wasted citizen and ICC resources by submitting a deficient application.
This withdrawal followed a recommendation of denial by Wolf case manager Brett Seagle. Wolf intends to refile after the first of the year, starting the 11-month long process over again.
